Welcome 2015

Remembering the year that was,
laughs, cries and sobs
time in history just flies
ask the one who went through the lows and highs
lived a brave life
which wasn't always king size
all the struggles and hurdles 
just make you a tougher substance
endowed with courage to face the world
coming out of the blanket unraveled
taking along all the learnings
bitter, sweet and happy endings 
nothing in life happens without reason
we metamorphose with every season
it's time to start afresh
sieving all good through the mesh
let alone the bygone's of yesterday
as today i see a brighter ray
wanting to reach newer heights 
with lots of lover and lesser fights
life is short they say 
but not so if you live it the right way
ready to take on the unseen
